The word ‘explore’ is often associated with travelling. My argument is we should connect this term to our everyday lives.
We must explore our routines and habits from time to time. Exploring and studying our habits would be more useful and helpful to us than exploring places.
For example, pay attention to your daily activities that consume more time. If its something you don’t enjoy doing, either eliminate or devote less time to it and make room for things that you enjoy doing on a daily basis. Then try to explore your favorite activities and see if you can discover something. This would improve your productivity and also, make you happier and more fulfilled.
