Why should you do Pro Bono Consulting?

1. Helps build new skills and enhance existing skills.
2. Helps build confidence and helps you understand your own strengths and areas for improvement.
3. Stakes are much lower when compared to a revenue generating for-profit role even if you fail so they are an excellent opportunity to get your hands dirty to experiment and explore different functions and responsibilities.
4. Just because the stakes are lower doesn’t imply the work is not necessary.
